Would it be possible to break my treatment up, between both arches?

Q.
Hi Darsh Patel. I was wondering if you could give me some advice about orthodontics on my lower teeth. My to teeth have moved ever so slightly out of line, really not noticeable without taking extra attention. my lower ones however have crowded badly, I’ve heard that is quite common. I would like to have to lower ones straightened which will more than likely require a brace I’m not fussed about that but would it be ok for me to come back at a later date and perhaps have Invisalign on the top arch? would this be possible or would I have to have all the treatment all at once? I don’t want a full system on the top arch its really not necessary/worth it when compared with the alignment you see?

Yes, you could indeed just have the lower arch corrected as it is the most crowded and noticable at the moment.
It is usually best to have both done at the same time for fit and overall treatment time (as opposed to one and then the other later, therfore taking twice the amount of time). However by all means if you so wish, you can have “invisalign” at a later date.

Hope this helps
