Do I Need A Brace For Just Two Teeth?

Q.
Hello.
I’ve been to see my orthodontist a few times now and every time I go they’ve said I need a different kind of brace! It’s all because I’ve got two crooked tooth at the bottom of my mouth at the front. I’m not interested in treating any other teeth, just those two. I’ve been recommended 6 month smiles and invisalign, but I don’t really even want braces for just two teeth when the rest are fine! Can you recommend a treatment that’s just for one tooth? Thanks!!
A.
Hello, thank you for getting in touch. It’s difficult to say without seeing you but it is likely that the other teeth will have to move in order to straighten the two teeth that you’re concerned about. Veneers are another option if you really are opposed to braces. Good luck.
