hi i had braces when i was 14 15 for over a year and all i ever wanted was straight teeth once they took them off i wasnt completely happy they didnt seem as straight as i thought they would be. Then i wasnt given retainers for a while so my teeth already started to move i had my retainers late and then eventually they were getting slits in them where the plastic was so soft at the very front on the top retainer, a dental nurse cut the front down so small that eventually it just ripped. I was measure up for another reatainer and when it came it did not fit my teeth i could feel it didnt and the nurse was trying to ram it on and it was just not the right shape at all i had another one and i knew it still didnt fit properly at the back so i went back and the nurse shouted at me saying i hadnt wore it at all but it just wasnt true because all i wanted was perfect teeth, then it got to the point where i was going back and they said i didnt need retainers anymore and now my teeth have moved outwards very badly the four front teeth, I am 18 and still would do anything for straight teeth i am a student and want to know if there would be any costs involved and if so how much roughly for me to have hidden or clear removable braces to straight up the front teeth?

I am sorry to hear of your experience when a teenager! There is always something you can do to improve things and they can be clear or visible braces.
I suggest you go and get an orthodontic consultation to see what all you options are and then decide what is best for you. You will be amazed at the braces that are available!
