At 13 could I have two social six braces, one on each jaw?

Q.
Hello dear expert. I am 13 and my teeth have done my head in for aages now. my bottom teeth are crooked, this is not the most serious issue but it needs addressing. the bigger problem is that my jaw seems to line up with the top jaw almost. the top row is only just in front of my lower teeth, coupled with the fact my lower teeth aren’t level means that one of the upper middle teeth has moved slightly to accommodate the crooked one that now sits where it used to. Could I have two social six treatments (one on each row) or would the treatment be more extensive? thanks I know it is difficult without seeing me
A.
If you are 13, then I would suggest having a orthodontic consultation with a local Orthodontist. They can advise on all the options (including social six treatment) available to you and whether you would qualify for treatment on the NHS.
Good luck
